Jason Johnson
With over 25 years of senior-level technical support experience, Jason specializes in both field and phone support across the apparel decoration industry. His expertise includes embroidery (Certified Tajima & Happy Japan), DTF and UVDTF systems (Factory Certified in China), as well as DTG and screen printing. Jason is known for deep technical knowledge, real-world problem solving, and helping customers get the most performance and reliability from their equipment.
Jennifer Johnson
Jennifer brings 25 years of experience as an apparel decorating business owner, overseeing day-to-day shop operations, research and development, and senior-level graphic design. She plays a key role in process improvement, creative direction, and keeping everything moving smoothly—earning her well-deserved title as the team’s all-around Chaos Coordinator.
Stephanie Pennington
Stephanie has four years of experience in graphic design within the DTF and UV DTF market. She supports creative production, design workflow, and assists Jennifer with day-to-day operational needs, helping projects move smoothly from concept to execution.
Brayden Rogers
Brayden has two years of experience in marketing and technical support within the apparel decoration industry. He supports customer-facing initiatives, technical assistance, and brand outreach—bridging product knowledge and customer success.
