DTF Moisturizer Solution (a.k.a. Wet Capping Solution)

Purpose:
Keeps print heads moist and prevents ink from drying and clogging when the printer is not in use.

Main Use Cases:

• Wet capping: Added to the capping station to keep the print head from drying out.

• Idle periods: Prevents ink from hardening during downtime or storage.

• Long-term maintenance: Used when printer will sit unused for days or weeks.

When to Use:

• Every time you turn off the printer.

• If printer will be idle for more than 1–2 days.

• During extended shutdowns (with head parked and capped properly).
