My husband and I have been in the custom apparel/promotional products industry since 2006.  We started the business from scratch out of the basement of our home, and eventually made our way to a storefront in 2010.  From that point forward, we have experienced a steady growth and have been consistent in purchasing machinery.  In 2020, we purchased a 10,000 sq foot manufacturing/office space and moved our operations there.  Shortly after the move into the new space, we decided to purchase an additional 8 head embroidery machine.  It was during that install that I ended up in a random converation with Jason, our dedicated Embroidery Tech, about Direct to Film Printing.  I was pleasantly surprised to find that Jason and Jennifer of I Want It Personalized had already been testing the technology.  As Jason realized we were serious about the possible purchase of Direct to Film, he invited us to their shop to see the machine run.  At that point, we had met Jennifer.  Jason and Jennifer’s enthusiasm for the print method, and their dedication to research the technology made it a no-brainer for us to trust their knowledge and insight.  We purchased our first DTF machine.  Within months of our first DTF purchase, it had become apparent that we were already at printing capacity.  We purchased a second DTF printer and dryer from them.  Jennifer was fantastic in keeping us informed of it’s delivery and scheduling the set up.  We had no reservations about the purchases, knowing she was on top of all the backend details.  Jason is a phenomenal tech and has become a part of our Upward Promotions family.  Jason’s dedication to his craft is evident in the knowledge he has obtained over the years and his never-ending patience with training and on/off-site troubleshooting.  Jennifer and Jason have been key partners in this last years growth.  We feel confident in our ability to continue receiving quality supplies and customer service from them.  Upward Promotions has absolutely no regrets in our Direct to Film equipment purchase and certainly would not have wanted to go through anyone else.
